The space

🏡 ALL bedrooms include a full body mirror, charging ports next to the bed, & closet space for your belongings.

🛏️ The PRIMARY BEDROOM is located on the main level and features a queen bed, Roku TV, and a reading nook. This bedroom has a perfect view of the outdoor dining area and will let in plenty of natural light; pull the black out curtains back and let the morning sun shine in!

🛏️ The SECOND BEDROOM is also located on the main level and includes a full bed and large windows with black out curtains for those who love to sleep in! You will have the best view of the fire pit from this room!

🛏️🛏️ The THIRD BEDROOM is located down stairs and includes two queen beds and a fun filled design!

🛁 TWO FULL BATHS one is located on the main floor between the two bedrooms and the other is located down stairs straight across from the bedroom. Each guest will have convenient access when needed!

🍳 The KITCHEN is fully stocked with new appliances and all the necessities! Including pots and pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, kids dining ware, a toaster, microwave, blender, cutting boards, and a Keurig coffee maker + K-cup Duo. For slow mornings we have K-cups, coffee grounds, filters, cream, and sugar to make your mornings as seamless as possible!

🛋️ The MAIN LIVING ROOM will welcome you as you walk in the front door with plenty of seating for the whole family to sit and unwind! There is a breakfast nook nestled in the back of the living room right beside the kitchen making for the perfect spot to eat or work while still being a part of the festivities. This space features an electric fireplace to set the ambiance of the stay that is heat producing as well as a Roku TV to unlock all your favorite shows and feel right at home!

🎲 GAME ROOM
Going down the stairs to the lower level you will enter straight into the game room with foosball, a Roku TV, and ample seating! Enjoy the cinema styled hallway that leads you to the game nook filled with all your families favorite board games! Ensuring fun competition for all ages!
Right off the game room the laundry room is available for use including a washer, dryer, powder tide and dryer sheets for your convenience.


🎯 OUTDOOR SPACE
Walking out the back door of the home you will follow the deck out to the inviting backyard full of activities including a dining area, tanning area, gazebo with patio furniture, propane BBQ, corn hole, darts, horseshoe, a fire pit with log seating, and a secluded patio swing area perfect for listening to the birds while sipping a morning roast. Located in the storage section of the gazebo there is spike ball, a soccer ball, football, volleyball and the corn hole bean bags for added fun during your stay!

🔓 EASY ACCESS
This home features keyless entry through the front door and back door. The garage in the driveway is not available to guests, but three cars can fit spaciously in the driveway with parking also available in front of the home. 🚗🚙

🐶 Dogs
We allow 2 dogs 50lbs or less for $85 per pet per stay. We have a doggy bowl for water and food, a leash, and poop bags for you to pick up after your pet during your stay.

If you need to bring larger dogs or more dogs than allowed this may be accommodated by request with a fee starting at $150 per dog per stay. ❌ We do not permit any other types of pets. ❌

Guest access

The whole home is available to guests including the front yard and private backyard.

❌The detached garage and utility closet are off limits to guests. ❌
