By Defintion - Cohosting is a partnership where another host (cohost) is brought on to help run a short-term rental. This includes, but is not limited to listing management (think photos, description), guest communication (prior, during, & after the stay), booking management, pricing adjustments, cleaning/turnover coordination, minor repairs/maintenance, review management and monthly performance reports.
